Um….wow. That just looks scary. I expect this will take me about an hour!
Yeah, this one is a doozy! Remember we are doing the CrossFit HQ WODs for the next month. The main site workouts are usually tough. But like the workouts we do at our gym, the movements can be modified and the weight and/or reps can be scaled down for each individual.
