I couldn’t do the Press Slide, so I did the Electric Slide instead.

After I got done signing autographs, I did the 4×400 meter run.

I didn’t have anyway to measure it so I stepped off 40 yards and then made wide sweeping turns. I also didn’t have a timer so I counted the rest breaks in my head…
