In response to part of your comment from the other day…; )
I felt pretty good actually. I hadn’t worked out in about 2 weeks and working out’s been minimal at best for the past month and a half.
For the next week, all I have at my disposal is a KB (16kg) and an abmat. Go ahead and think up something deadly…I’ll watch Kelly do it first!
Kelly told me I had to do 100 burpees because Jennie pictured me in a silk teddy.
I decided I had to do them because I let David see me in a silk teddy : /
It took between 15-17 minutes and sweat angels aren’t near as pretty on hardwood flooring.
