Today’s travel WOD: 3 rounds for time of run up stairs (22 stories), run down stairs (22 stories). Time – 17:11. Ouch. Might have been worse than jumping lunges!

Kudos to you Ed! I’ve done the stairs a few times before in the RSA Tower where I work, except it is 24 floors which is over 60 flights, but I took the elevator back down. 🙂 I still think jumping lunges are more evil! Ha!
