Deadlift
– 3 x 10 Reps
– 3 x 5 Reps
– 3 x 3 Reps

I cleaned the restroom for time and then did this WOD. 🙂 I used 100# for the sets of 10 reps, 135# for the sets of 5, and 165#, 175#, 180# on the sets of 3. My glutes are already sore from last night’s goblet squats and lunges.
