Saturdays are open gym from 9:00 a.m. until noon. You can come in to work on specific movements, particularly ones in which you need practice and further instruction. We will have a WOD that you can do or you can choose to do a WOD that you missed this week.
Tomorrow, we will have instruction on a specific exercise. Shhh….it’s a surprise! Hint: You should wear or bring long pants.

Cody and I tackled the UGS WOD from Wednesday. I used the 40# sandbag, 16kg for clean, catch, squats, and 12’s for the KB cleans. Whoever discovered sandbag step ups and the leg blasters is evil! I learned that hip extensions are difficult to execute when your quads are sore to lay on and your hamstrings are shot. 🙂 Cody and I should have legs of steel by morning. Ha!
I skipped the WOD today in lieu of 2 hours of mountain biking in the Tuskegee National Forest with a couple buddies who were both stronger than me. Good times!
