2 different kettlebells. 44 lbs. and not real sure on second. Kept gastric contents in stow. Nice workout. Can’t move legs.

Jason, you started using the 16 kg which is 35 pounds. If you were going to puke, this workout with the up and down movement of the burpee would have been one to cause it. But just in case, we will continue to have you work out close to the back door. 🙂

The morning crew did a fantastic job considering how sore they were. Let’s bring it p.m.-ers!

Ed, you are correct, 6:47 was your time….you bunny rabbit you! Hmmm…bunny rabbit? Is that a new nickname perhaps? Maybe too endearing for The Boneyard. Ha!

All members need a nickname! Ahh, something to think about… 🙂
