Plank hold (each second is 1 rep)

Can do front, let, or right; hands or elbows, can rotate between all positions if you want to

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10:00 AMRAP

8 Pullups

8 Burpees

8 Russian Twists (25/15# plate), ball touches each side 8 times
