Every 2.5 Minutes for 6 rounds complete:

400m run. *Rx+: with a vest 20/15#.

If you get to the point where you are unable to finish the 400, drop the run down to a 200.

Your score is rounds completed while running the 400m distance.

*Rx+ must do at least 4 rounds for it to count as Rx+
