Clean grip deadlift with pronated grip and performed as you would a first pull on a clean.
prepping for 1 rep clean on Monday.

Complete the following in any order/combination. All that matters is the number of reps

65 Russian KB Swings (32/24kg)

55 Mountain Climbers (total)

45 Suit case crunches

35 Strict pull-ups

25 Goblet Squats (same weight as KBS)

15 Burpees
scales:

Can scale the weight down on the Russian KB Swings/Goblet Squat

Can scale strict pull ups-> strict banded pull-ups ->elevated ring rows -> ring rows
